But to win prob consider using the bokeh as a primary point of intrest rather than an element in the entry.

Yeah. Well just look at your picture and what does it say first.

Green grass
Bokeh
?

If someone who sees it for the first time doesn't instantly think Bokeh probably wont win.

I don't necessarily think that is the case? We can't second guess the judges, but I don't think it has to scream bokeh or indeed be the main subject. Take the simplicity theme for example.

I'm not trying to second guess anyone but theme is very important to consider when taking a photo.

I'm just saying to be more creative because a theme like "bokeh" is basically asking for more than an image featuring it.

i'd agree. The subject is bokeh, so the overarching element of the picture should be bokeh, and creative use of bokeh at that! How you achieve that is anyones guess though!
