Hi all I have been using my full size external usb 200GB Seagate hdd ok, i have just backed all my music and programs i want to keep to it so i can do the big format on my boot drive, i done all my directories one at a time, everything went on ok because i checked they were there.
I have just rebooted and guess what, when i look into my external i get the message "The disk in drive x is not formatted do you want to format it now"
When i look at properties of the external drive it says there is nothing on it.
Please help if you can.
