right after about 20-30 minutes of doing stuff on ym pcit shuts down no blue screen no nothign and i dont knwo what it is about it happens when watching film and paying games but so far doesnt seem to be doing when anythign else is happening

Possible virus, try running virus scan and adware scans.
PSU failing, can you change parts with an another system.

First two possibilities I'd consider would be overheating or inadequate/ageing PSU. I'd expect inadequate PSU to shutdown earlier than that, or at least at more unpredictable times, so my money would be on overheating.

Try downloading HWMonitor and keeping track of your temps whilst watching a film, or set it to track monitoring data when playing a game and check your log after restarting.

Have you put any new hardware in your case latley?

This happened to me once after changing the ram, could surf the net etc etc and listen to music but if I played games or watched films within 20mins or so my pc would auto shut down.... Spent weeks trying to figure it out.... didnt know about you guys back then.... and eventually flexed the board and found a small crack near the Ram. Replaced the board and the problem was solved
