Hi guys, soon to be ordering a spanky new Q6600 (G0) to upgrade my system. Whilst doing so, i'll be getting a new motherboard, too - ASUS P5K iP35 - and currently have 2gb of Geil 533mhz DDR2. Now, needless to say, I intend to overclock my beloved CPU, so i'm thinking that the RAM will hold me back. I'm intending to get 4gb of the Geil 800mhz gear, since it's on the cheap on OC at the moment.

Basically, is this entirely neccessary for overclocking, or could I get away with the old stuff? (Note: The 4gb is handy as I do a lot of 3d work and basically, I need every kind of resource the PC has!) Will it work nicely, or is there a motherboard i'm overlooking?

Basically, any advice or tips would be very appreciated - ta!
