Hehe - been there done that! Except in my case it was an old Norton single that jicked back and I didn't have my bike boots on. ****in' OW!

:p a lovely case of funny tendons that mean my knees don't touch the ground whe i kneel down.

Mind you they have got a bit better since we got rid of the cord carpet in the living room :confused: ;)

heh, i've surfaced today and the bruising has already gone down, just wondering what colour it is it going to go later.

The mark on my heel is where some timber slid out of the van and i sort of "mistimed" stopping it with my foot :rolleyes:
