Another Spec me - but need help

Looking for the following, finding it difficult to look through OCUK site as I'm on a sat dialup!

Quad core - not worried about overclocking
Mobo - stable, no SLI or xfire reqd
4GB RAM
Decent but not gaming Graphics (must do 2 monitors)
happy with onboard networking, sound etc (but not GPU)
Decent Box (silver or black would be nice but not gawdy, no Leds/windows etc) front USB ports a must.
must be quiet and fairly cool running
DVD recorder
Hdd of min 320 but prefer 500GB
Nice k/board & mouse (same colour as box) if in budget
Speakers if in budget

Whats out there?
 
how about just for the CPU, Case, Mobo, RAM, PSU and cheap GPU (with 2 outputs)

Have got a Hdd, K/board/mouse/speakers, DVD drive. Would that get me anywhere otherwise the cheapest - best value for upto 500
 
Why do you need quad core? Most applications dont make use of all cores, if you stick to a dual core you could get a spec like below:
