Hi guys. I got a spec from you guys around a month ago for a gaming tower that i wanted for the missus.

Is it possible for you to whip up a new spec for me please, as the circumstances has changed slightly.

Firstly she would absoluetly love it if she could play call of duty modernware 3 maxed out, and potentially battlefield 3. Im sceptical due to the budget been only £400 max £500.

She would love intel and nvidia, as she is a fan girl but for me what ever the budget can deliver. If possible this machine could be easily upgradable in the future so possible a decent motherboard with a bit of longevity?

Okay so all she needs is literally the tower but not all of it! We already have an 850watt coolermaster PSU, a hard drive and we also have windows 7. So its just literally the rest so complete the unit.

Great help so far guys really likely the spec proposed. Am i right in saying both these set ups will play COD3 maxed out on 1980x1080 resolution?

Also would they be much noticeable performance increase between the i3>>>i5.

The fractal case only fits mATX boards, so the spec with fractal case and Z68 board is a no go
Why 8 gig of RAM at the expense of better CPU??? Or branded or 2gig gfx at the expense? Surely this would be better/more balanced

The i3 and i5 are pretty close when gaming. I have the same i3 and 2gb 560ti as i speced, and it plays mw3 easily maxed out at 1080p.
