another spec thread

Well after building a system in nov 09 that had just as many problems as the number of grains of sand on a beach im in need of replacing the backbone of the system.

Simple thread to ask if anyone knows of any reason (bar the parts being faulty) why this spec wouldnt work or would have issues.

Case: Antec 900
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 250GB
Optical: Pioneer DVR-212DBK
PSU: Corsair TX750W
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Intel X58 (Socket 1366) DDR3
CPU: Intel i7 920
Vga: Saphire Radeon HD 4890 1GB DDR5
