Another SSD question

To keep build costs down I want to install just a normal hard drive and wait till prices on SSD's drop.

But my question is, how easy is it to literally dump your windows installation from the mechanical drive to the SSD.

Is there a special program for it?

Have a look at Paragon migrate OS to SSD however I always prefer doing a clean install.
