Another stupid sex offender case

Poor guy really,hasn't done anything wrong!

Although,due to my work,it kinda scares me that someone can actually have sex with a bike im working on.....................................................................
 
...and when a thread on the Sex Offenders Register appears on these forums people keep saying that it should be made public, that anyone should be able to see it.
Of course the keyboard warriors then go on to say they could then go bash people up from the register, but even if you ignore them the general thoughts here have always been that the reigster is a good thing and should be fully public.

This story is one reason why it shouldn't be.
Another is the fact that you can actually find yourself on that register if you were to be caught taking a pee in a "public" place.

The offenders register is a joke and it simply should never be allowed to be made public as far too many "minor" and unrelated offences mean people could find their way on to it and their lives could be made a real misery.
 
The issue is that he xposed himself to the cleaners I think.
They knocked then entered, he should have told them not to.
Problems there of course: maybe he didnt hear? Maybe theyre lying and didnt knock? Who knows, as usual all of the facts are not at hand.

But we're all missing the real crux of the document....

I have just read about the electrician convicted of having sex with a pavement. How on earth is that possible?

Perhaps the spark had gone out of his marriage ? How embarrassing to get caught caught plugging away with a pavement. Shocking if you ask me.

As for the OP, I am in two minds. What the man did with the bike was not normal behaviour and was without doubt a sexual perversion. Perhaps he is a one to watch as it is unknown where those perversions may lead. On the other hand he was harming and it was in the privacy of his hotel room. I doubt he would have been convicted of anything in England as a sexual breach of the peace is a scottish offence only.
