They currently require experienced designers to join their team to work on a FPS next gen title. Applicants must have at least one published title under their belt and will preferably be experienced with UnrealEd.

Indeed, the moment I saw Gears Of War I was gobsmacked, that really is next gen graphics wise along with the other games using it.
