Another Vista SP1 Thread

Hi all just installed Vista SP1 through windows update.
S/P1 For x64 based systems KB936330. So is this the final
version now then? It was about 121mb does that sound about
right?

Do we honestly need another thread, why couldn't you just tack this on to another one!

I seem to remember that Microsoft has confirmed that KB936330 (6001.18000) is final RTM

Was this using the registry hack or is it actually on Windows Update now?

Windows Update now has the official Vista SP1 file on there with no registry hack or anything.

If you have any outstanding Windows Updates you may want to install them, restart then check for new updates. Checked on two different PC's (Vista Ultimate and Vista Business) and on both of them.
