Another worth upgrading thread

Rig is in my sig.
I was just playing Borderlands and noticed that it was not running as smooth as I would like, and its a great game. If I want to upgrade my system would it be better to just upgrade the GFX card to a more powerful one or get a SLI mobo and another GTX 260, I would proabably have to upgrade my PSU as well if I went the SLI route.

Knowing your PSU would help the decision

I'd wait a while until Fermi comes out, then you can sell your 260, and buy a 275 for roughly the same price as a 260 is now (that's what I reckon prices will drop to anyway)

your looking at around the 750+ for PSU for sli 260s
ooor you could sell the 260, keep bout 120-140 and geta 5850

I have a Seasonic S12 PSU rated at about 550W off the top of my head.
I was thinking of a 5850 or a 5870, is the 5870 just overkill?

Get a 5850 and overclock it. It will be a really nice upgrade.
