I'm kinda surprised at how good Marvel are at doing a bad job with their villains. Loki is decent. The Winter Soldier and Ronan are alright. The rest (Yellowjacket included) have been absolutely rubbish. How do they manage to get it so wrong?

They just don't give them enough attention on-screen. It's all about the heroes with Marvel.

Ronan was the same as the rest of the villians - crap. Bucky was ok but barely said a word in Winter Soldier, but he is the most interesting villian so far I feel and we will soon see him evolve in Civil War which should be good.

And Ant-Man was great! Saw it on Friday and although it moved slow at first and the jokes were hit or miss it soon picked up in the second half. Some really inventive scenes.

Saw it last night.

Was alright... I feel like we have, or will be reaching peak Superhero soon.

Humour was ok, the wig was terrible, story interesting enough, ants seem to be everywhere.. even in cars. Young Michael Douglous looked believable. Villain was weak/nonsensical, some scenes made no sense. Pretty standard Marvel film.

Did anyone see it in 3d ?? I suspect some sequences would have looked cool.

Im kinda waiting for that Deadpool character now... Just to add some slapstick/filth.

No where near as good as GotG but deffo an entertaining, funny film.

Off to see Ant-Man tomorrow (later today) night. Wasn't expecting too much from it, but some of these reviews seem pretty positive!

I thought this was going to be rubbish but you know what it was one of my favourites so far.

It's certainly one of my favourites too, I was expecting to like it from the trailers I watched, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed it.

I'll be seeing a lot more movies, as I've got hold of a Cineworld Unlimited card at a hefty discount, so I'll be seeing movies I wouldn't otherwise go to due to not being that bothered about them, but this one is definitely not one of those.

Wow, some people really take this movie thing way too seriously.

How come you're not upset about the ridiculous notion of the shrinking technology?

3D just added depth, as 3D should be used - still find it pointless though. Would much rather watch it in 2D.

Very good though, the film, another great edition to the ever growing Marvel Universe!

It's another Guardians, something I didn't like the look of from the trailer then ended up really enjoying when I watched.

Good balance of action and humour, for some reason the scene when the van is backing up from the police near the end had me in pieces.

Nice little spider-man reference near the end as well.
