antec 920 problem

i have just built up me new system and when i try to open chillcontrol v. a box comes up saying.... "cannot connect to chill control device. check USB connetion on device and restart program" i have done this but it says the same. does nyone no what to do?

the light is on on the pump.

Got it working, just went into device manager and update driver, which did the trick
