Noob question coming up but will a socket 1156 cooler fit a socket 1155 motherboard.

BTW told you it was a noob question but want to be sure before i get one of these
 
Need to replace my broken Freezer 7 Pro (rev 1), for cooling an E6300. I guess the Box cooler would be suitable?

Not sure if I will run into problems fitting it in my case though.
 
Anybody got a link for a decent review on the BOX? For 17 quid it seems unlikely, but is there any chance this would get a 920 to 3.8-4ghz without too high temps?

The main point is the price, but as my price is only £17.99 it kinda defeats any objections.
