Antec Aria Power Supply

It's a 20pin. I don't have a problem with mine though, it's plugged into the 24pin plug on my Biostar TForce mobo with no converter or anything.
 
How does that work? Is this th etrick where you plug the 20-pin block into the middle of the of the 24-pin block?

I thought that was an urban myth?
 
You plug it into the left hand side of the 24 pin block leaving a block of four pins unconnected. It does work actually with most motherboards (DFI really are the only ones that have big problems with this and they're not available as mATX boards)
 
As aj said, just leave 4 of the pins unconnected. It only fits in one place anyway as some of the pins are off-square and only fit in with one orientation.
