Antec Basic Power Supply

Hey all! im planning on building a small rig for my nephew with just a basic setup of:
ASUS P5K-E mobo;
Intel c2d;
1 HDD;
8600GT graphics card;

My questions is will the antec basic 350W power supply be enough to supply this? or will i need a 400w PSU?

Spend a bit more and get

should be worth the extra few pounds, it's an important piece of equipment that will cause a lot of problems if it goes on you and the one above should be a lot more reliable

My PC is more powerful, and does fine on a branded 300watt PSU, so any decent 300watt+ will be fine.
