Antec Kuhler H2O 920 - Temp

Hey, I have a couple of questions:

Whats the max liquid temp on the 920?
When do you usually replace your thermal paste on these? I'm sure mines due its been ages.
What do you guys have your ramp start and full fan speed temps set to?

Noticed this 'summer' its pretty noisy now is why I'm asking.

Use core temp to monitor the temps and if they get out of hand, change the paste. Swapping for a decent paste will always improve the temps.
