Would a OcUK GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail fit in the Antec Sonata III Piano Black Quiet Case ? also would i need to change the PSU to make the card work ?

I would say yes, a GTS is no longer than an x1950pro which is no longer than an x1800xt(which I had in my Sonata II)!

I've got one sitting here now... seems to have enough room... but don't I don't have a GTS anymore to try it.

Check out the reviews for this case. One guy has an E6600, 2GB RAM and a 320MB GTS, with the earthwatts cpu, and apparently it works fine.
