to be honest i don't know what cooler im on.. i bought this from pc world.. and well lets say it was not built by someone who knew the consept of gaming... :(

would all of this definatly fit in and be ok ? as i need to be sure..

i know this is quite tight to oc... but i am on a budget.. take a peek (whoops)

this would save quite a bit would it not ?

edit: could i save money if i did not need sli on motherboard.. or do you think that i should keep that ?

Of course I can't guarantee that it will work but many others on this forum have a GTS in a PC-7 and they seem to do alright. I have 2 PC-7s myself. Both have AC Freezers and both are silent (one is the aforementioned C2D, the other is a PD805).

The noisy PC-7 you linked to is definitely the exception rather than the rule. I think it's a fine case and is perhaps the best value of any case available.
 
well i don't know what to do this setup you have told and shown me looks very good... would it overclock do you think ?

Since the card is essentially the same I don't think it's a bad deal at all. the only real difference between the brands is customer service when something goes **** up.

Also, the link you've inserted goes to an OcUK competitor. We're not allowed to link to competitors. I'd remove it quicklike. ;)
 
ok cool but it is better it is £517 from "other place" but £543 from here

edit: so do you think that this is the best setup i could get for the money.. and it will do everything really good.. such as overclocking, games..

Buy wherever you think you are getting the most for your money. OcUK is renowned for its good customer service. I know little about that other shop so I can't say yay or nay.
 
I would go with BillytheImpaler's spec that he listed. Seems very good all round. I personally would pick the DS3 motherboard, but its up to you.
 
I personally would say the Asus, but thats just personal preference and not based on the technology on the board.
 
yeah well i can't seem to decide some people say ds3, others say ds3p then others say the Asus.. i just don't know... i want to overclock so whether that can help you ?

i was thinking of the Enermax Noisetaker 535W what you think ? bear i mind i am already over budget..
 
You've already been given the best components... they're all in this thread... you're just going round in circles now. You can make a very good rig out of whats been suggested.:)
