Antec's Skeleton, P183 & Sonata Elite cases

The skeleton is a pretty cool idea actually. Not sure about that multicolored fan on top though.

The Skeleton might be good for reviewers of hardware and stuff, but for consumers? No thanks, no noise proofing, no dust filters, after a while everything would just get exceedingly dusty. And on top of that no protection whatsoever, if you spill or drop anything it's likely to damage stuff

Well....

Thats what its for, reviewers and benchers and the odd enthusiast who wants a cool looking case.

I don't think Antec designed that case in mind that milk is going to be spilt all over it.

Its a product designed for a certain purpose. There are plenty of other generic cases on the market for mainstream consumers.

If they made like a perspex or clear covering for the skeleton I think it would be a pretty cool case actually!

Also there should be a microATX version. :D

Interesting idea, better then my frosties box I'm using atm.

My computer has been sitting out in the open and hasn't gathered much dust at all, the sound can be a little annoying though but everything's very quiet. The loudest things are the hdd and dvd drive.

The internal changes of the P183 look nice, not a fan of the changes in looks though, liked it because it was quite an understated case, though definitely not bad, just not to my taste.

just seen a video of this chassis and its leet you can add 2 hdd cages on each side and with the 2 mounted under the mobo tray thats 6

or you could dich the hdds in the case get a slot loading/laptop optical drive and squeeze a load of wc gear in there :D
