Anti-terror buggy

While I'm sure it is better than nothing surely it isn't going to withstand any big blast e.g. if there is a subsequent bomb to the initial one (as has been known to happen, a case of suckering in potential rescuers to attack them) then doesn't appear likely to stand up too well. A heavily armoured golf cart seems unlikely to have the physical presence required not to be thrown about. Still maybe for $45,000 there'll be a market for them.

I can just see that being driven around inside a hotel. It looks perfect for the golf course.;)

perhaps I should have quoted, I was answering the above question "you can get normal armoured cars for $45k " my reply was ahh yes but can it go up and down lifts (the armoured car)

itd have to be a pretty meaty lift to have an armoured golf cart in it! haha

Passenger elevators capacity is related to the available floor space. Generally passenger elevators are available in capacities from 1,000 to 6,000 pounds (450–2,700 kg) in 500 lb (230 kg) increments.

;) More than possible.
