Ants?

I think they just instinctively dump the bodies so they're out of the way, just in case they were killed by something contagious. Can't say for sure though :p

After a huge down pore last year i found the ants that live under the path outside my house bringing out their dead (Drowned), laying them in perfect little lines. Freakest thing ive ever seen.

Hahaha awesome!!! We quote that far too much in our house...

Ants are indeed the most incredible creatures, ants can detect their lifespan, and those close to the end of their lives take more risks for the colony by foraging further away from the nest. I find it fascinating!

Detect their lifespan?
Or maybe they're just ballsier with age :D
Or senile and lost...

They are back :D

This time i had Jim beam in the cupboard which got me thinking "I wonder if ants get drunk"

So ive put some out in a bottle cap to see if they drink it :D

I spilt a little bit and the ants that it hit looked dead, but then i took them out of the puddle and after about 5 minutes they had dryed out and still not moving.

The about 2 or 3 minutes later i noticed lots of ants around them trying to get them on there feet, And sure enough the ones i though were dead are alive, They just cant get stand up with out help :p
