Asus P5K Premium/WiFi-AP Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 (MB-258-AS) ~115

Asus P5K-E WiFi Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 (MB-241-AS) ~90

Asus P5Q-E Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard ~120

Asus P5Q Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard ~95

any big differences?

lookin at runnin either a Quad or a OC'd dual 8500 or so, which would be better?
Not really bothered about the wifi n stuff, only out of the normal thing I would consider using is raid tbh

Be aware that with the P5k series the sata ports are located right next to the gfx card so when using a dual slot gfx card you cant use 2 of the sata ports.

I would go for the "Asus P5Q Pro" @ £99.86 as it has better colling than the P5Q

I can't comment on most of those except the P5Q-E and P5Q. The E version is what I have and I love it. Cooling is better than the P5Q, and it's 8-phase power. Very nice board indeed. The Deluxe adds 16-phase power.

Also, I built a system around the P5K-E Wifi recently with a Q6600. It's a good board too, but driver installs seemed to be a problem. I can't recommend the board because of this, but maybe I'm being a bit harsh.

Personally I would go with the P5Q-E or P5Q Deluxe right now.

Never had any driver troubles with my P5K-E wifi in mine or client installs? What specifically did you have problems with?

I seem to remember chipset drivers giving me grief. I'd install those, reboot, and the PC wouldn't boot properly. As I said, maybe I am being too harsh on the board but it didn't seem to like me very much. Probably a one-off thing, though. Since I built the system my friend keeps calling me about random restarts. I have no idea what's up with it because I've walked him through the BIOS on the phone, step by step, had him adjust things, etc, but it's still being crappity. The problem was he rushed the machine out of my hands about an hour after it was built (before I could even set it up properly). Normally I'd want to spend a few days testing stability and setting all BIOS options up.
