Any C++ Guru's awake at this time?

I really could do with some help, I have a deadline to meet in 10 hours and I don't plan on spending all night on it.

I know I've got everything here, it just literally needs 1 minute of a pro's atttention to jig things around on sort out the minor errors.

I can't afford to fail this a second time round

It's just an advance menu for a Slot Machine that is almost complete.
