Just saw your post. I'm in Dundee and my net speed is half of what is should be yet VM sys there is nothing wrong ! Should be on 20 meg and am only getting 10.

think yourself lucky...

I have a 10mb cable line, I pay £25 a month for, currently getting 0.8mb.

Ive had to call there head office as unfortunately Banjit Sing in the bombay call center (or kevin as he likes to be known) was unable to help. At all.

Apparently my cable loop is now over subscribed and I will be stuck with this for another 4 weeks. I cant even watch bloody bbc iplayer.

. I live with 350 thousand people. it shouldn't happen, at least not for an entire month...
