Any closer to custom Pascal bios?

Writing a custom bios isn't the issue, the problem is creating a certificate to validate the bios for flashing, its all encrypted and no one had been able to break the encryption yet. Saying that a custom bios probably wouldn't help a great deal as Voltage isn't controlled in the same way as maxwell and previous cards and is hardware locked. What a custom bios could do in theory would be to increase the power limit thus giving you a few more voltage steps.
