Want to move onto doing my own paste and wanted some recipes, i like it hot but not utterly silly and will just put it through processor.
So far i assume i need the following but wanted any variations you may have and best ammounts to make the paste for 2 people, would just make it fresh and use straight away.
Garlic cloves
thin chillies
oil?
paprika
tom puree
What else?
Also for a dopiazi do you make the paste with onions plus add them to the curry?
