Only one that springs to mind was the Caselabs Mercury S3. Bestcases.eu might still have them as CL went bust recently.

Looking at the Phanteks Enthoo Evolve itx it does look like it suppors 2.5 gpu slot cards

I wouldnt be too sure about that - here is mine with a Strix 1070 that i beleive is 2 slots and there is only a couple of mm clearance

I do believe that the 1080Ti Strix fits too but it runs hot.

I too was looking for one about 5/6 months ago and ended up with the mATX InWin 301 due to do maybe constraints with long/tall/thick cards (and wanting to run at least a single 3.5" drive).

The Antec Cube does support triple slot cards. It is ITX format.
