Any differance with these please?

OK I'm going give my system a bit of a clean out and re-do the thermal paste on the CPU as I'm getting myself one of those lovely Corsair Cube cases http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-143-CS&groupid=2362&catid=2277&subcat=0

The question is am I going to notice any difference using this thermal paste
