The .11 has one less platter. The increased data density of the two platter .11 design gives a much higher sustained transfer rate than that of the three platter .10.
Its generally faster. Worth the extra? well maybe, depends on the use, if you're using it as a main drive then yes, if only as a media drive then probably not
