Hi guys,

I passed my test 7 months ago and i've been trying to find insurance for a 1.2 cilo.

I was going to ask a female work collegue if they would be a named driver on my policy as it would reduce the price by a few hundred quid!

She has her own policy and is also a named driver on her husbands policy.

My question is whether her being a named driver on my policy would affect her negativly in any way?

Thanks in advanced

doesnt effect her at all.

Unless she crashes it whilst driving it .. but since she won't be doing that you've got nothing to worry about.

Theres 100 % nothing wrong with adding a driver on your policy just in case you might need a driver after a works do !

Yeah, I have the girl friends dad added to my policy. He is very unlikely to drive the car.. but £100 discount for having more options if I ever need them. Always a good thing.
