Any Draytek experts here?

I don't think sky have anything to do with o2 business products. Could be wrong though.

Apparently it's been downgraded to the "Access" service.
 
O2 support are hilarious. They tried to send me a replacement router. Told them not to bother as I'd already tried a different router. They then sent out a BT engineer. Told them not to as they won't find a fault. Engineer turned up at 9am this morning and found nothing wrong. Pleased O2 will be footing the bill. Idiots.
