Any easy way of going from RAID 1 to RAID 5

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can tell me if there is an easy way of going from RAID 1 to RAID 5? I want to load up an old mahcine with some HDD's and turn it into a NAS of sorts, but I initially only want to get 2 x 2tb/3tb drives and set them up as RAID 1 and then add another one at a later date.

Is there any easy way of going from a RAID 1 to RAID 5 when I add the extra drive?

This will most likely be in a HP N54L microserver btw!

HP SmartArray controllers can do that.

Take a backup before you do this.

I've had HP SmartArray mess up before (server) and ended up recreating the array.
