Any free program to disable Windows Keys (Plus others)

My toddler loves www.kneebouncers.com. The only trouble is that key keeps hitting the Windows Key and this is spoiling his enjoyment of bashing the keys because it keeps opening email applications, the start menu, and other programs he doesn't really want.

Does anyone know of any freeware programs that allows you to temporary disable the windows keys and any other keys (power, etc) that can prevent my toddler from enjoying his game.

you can code it through the registry to disable a key, i once did it because i used to press the windows key instead of vent when in css and it used to minimize me which was a pain in my *** big time.

In the past I have found a screw driver works well.

edit - that's a really good site, do you have anymore like that? My daughter loves to play with the keyboard and mouse but she's not quite there yet..
