Any good HL2 single player mods?

I just installed HL2 again and had a quick shot of insurgency, seems really good and reminded me a little of cod4 and that close combat game which I enjoyed.

Is there any good singleplayer mods though? I think insurgency would make an awesome sp game.

yeah minerva is awesome!!

i think it follows on from a HL1 mod called "someplace else" which is also worth playing if you have HL1 installed too.... looks a bit dated now tho obviously.

ive played quite a few now, some better than others.

Minerva is definately one of the best.

i'll have to see my steam list to remind me of the other good ones ive played.

cant wait until "Black Mesa" is finished!!

Very good. There was another one a while ago called Rock 24, I think. They were two of the best I came across.

Try Strider Mountain - recently released SP mod, first 5 levels have been released - its a good mod so far, just got myself the SMG and laser-assisted Magnum pistol
