Any good horror games ?

Bioshock has some horror element, but it's not a Resident Evil.

Condemened 2 just came out on console (honestly didn't like it)

Otherwise Alone in The Dark is due out next month, looks promising, wait & see.
 
It's about time that Valve put out a 'horror FPS' set entirely in Ravenholm! Man, that place creeped me out the first time I played.
 
No real "horror" games doing the rounds. They're mostly puzzlers if they are, for example "Scratches" (which is very good with a nice in-your-face shock ending).
 
Doom used to freak me out but i did play it hardcore lights out with headphones on :D or :o whichever you find relevant.
Nowt about at the mo tho, the only thing that freaks me out these days when i game is sprinting around a corner & looking down the barrel of a tanks muzzle, but that is more of a O Crap moment, In Doom it used to be a "Where's Mummy" moment :p

Resident Evil stopped being horror about Ten years ago :)

Doom 3 has got to be the one for me. Even though its nearly 4 years old now (time flies past quickly). It still looks mint. I have completed All the Resident Evil's, Dino Crysis 1, Alone in the dark, AVP 1+2 Marine missions etc etc when i was a lot younger but D3 still gives me the creeps.:o

Owned since day of release and have yet to complete it. I got to the part when you hear the babies crying then i just turned the game off!

Stalker is not only a fantastic single player experience but it does start to get more twisted as you progress through the game. The underground lab parts are especially great. Going around Yantar at night time can give a few jumps too ;)
 
Wouldn't it be great to have a horror RPG? Like Oblivion but instead of massive cities just little towns of survivors and hopefully nothing like stalker, I hated that game.
New Alone in The Dark looks good too but Vampire Masquerades the Hotel level freaked me out.
