just got gta SA for 2.49 on steam, wonder if theres any good mods or car skin packs etc, any good sites for it?

You can't mod the steam version afaik.

I'm going to go against you and say that you can

I just changed the weapons file to get past a tough mission (Wrong side of the tracks, BS can't shoot for marshmallows), and that worked fine for me. I can't see why people are saying that?

Download SA:MP, you'll have a lot more fun than you would with mods ^^
