Not played anything new in a while. Can't seem to get nto FC3, still haven't tried Bioshock Infinite though so may get round to that. I never did buy Diable 3 as I wasn't keen on the demo or its release price. Anything else worth looking at? Wouldn't mind something that is graphically demanding and has genuine 'wow' moments.

I really liked playing though Dishonored.

Some really enjoyable gameplay tools and a few fresh ideas in the FPS genre.

Looks great too, unusual art style.

F.E.A.R - awesome horror FPS. doing another play through now and it's still amazing. Great gameplay, atmosphere draws you in every time, great AI awareness and dialogue.

Played 2 a couple of years ago? Thought it was fantastic, will look at getting 3 I think.

Depending on what you mean by a 'while', have a look at Spec Ops. Not very long, but quite the experience.

And Rome II will be out soon - a 'no-brainer' if there ever was one.

Mass Effect series. 1 can be a bit hard going I found as it's mahorly into the RPG side. 2 is kind of in between but 3 morphed into more of an action shooter with RPG overtones. Still well worth playing them all though!

If you've not already played it I'd highly reccomend dishonored and also getting the knife of dunwall and brigmore witches DLC and playing through.

TBH I've had a lot of fun recently replaying Deus Ex (original) with new vision mod it helps a bit with the dated graphics (tho can't mask the low detail geometry in some places) and used a few tweaks to work around dated gameplay mechanics. Was suprised how much more I enjoyed it again than most of the recent releases :(

Another shout for Tomb Raider here.
Sleeping Dogs may not have many WOW moments, but I'd recommend that too.

Would love to recommend Bioshock infinite, but I just can't get into it.
Then again, I can't get into Metro2033, Alan Wake or Deus Ex either for some weird reason.
Dunno what's wrong with me, they're great games

As for Mass effect (2+3 for me), I'm still gutted that I can't play it with a pad in the exact way that I did on console... It's ridiculous.

Anyway, enough about me :)

I didn't like Tomb raider, I like to play games not a movie button masher.

Id recommend the Mass Effect series, ive sunk so many hours playing them again and again and still not had enough of them.
