Any good single player games worth trying?

Sleeping dogs!

Initially, it kept crashing for me, so I left it for a few months for patches. When I played it, I was caught unaware and was very surprised at the game, as I was not expecting anything at all. The combat system is great, the graphics look really nice (imo), and it's one of those games which I completed because the story was not mediocre either.
 
I tend to play SP games, so in order of my favourite recent plays:

Bioshock Infinite (!!!!!)
The Witcher 2
Borderlands 2 (co-op isn't required to enjoy the game)
 
I'd have to say any of the games in the Elder Scrolls series.

I'm currently playing Oblivion and Skyrim and they are both excellent.

If RPGs aren't your thing then Crysis 3 is pretty good. Supreme Commander (the first one and Forged Alliance) are still the best RTS games available.
 
Well Blacklist was a waste of money. The game won't stay full screen, it always reverts back to windowed and drops the res. Plus I can't play coop with my friend, keeps saying cannot connect.
