Well atleast you have a reference now for temperatures.

A clean will help. New TIM is the way forward i think. Some silver compound TIM and a good clean should get the idle temps down to the low 40s maybe mid 40s. Any where to mount an additional fan for exhaust?

Yea, will do the clean then have a look at the temps and if they dont improve will look into buying some TIM. Erm the case is jam packed tbh pretty much no room for another fan which is fail.
 
*Update.. Pc cleaned and put back together (side of case still off) and its now idling in the high 30's/low40's which is a good improvement imo. Thanks for the help everyone.

OT - your sig is too big, may I suggest you resize it before you lose it ;)

A signature may contain one or more images but they must fit within a box with maximum dimensions of 400 x 75 pixels (width x height) and with a maximum (combined) file size of 20k. Images containing mostly very large words or animated .gifs will not be permitted.
