any help on weird thing in bf2

right bought a 7900 gs about as my 850 xt pe is getting a RMA ,all was well until a few mins ago when playing bf2 4 hours straight .
all of a sudden this came on screen and wont go away:-

any ideas ,is it a memory problem?

Definitely RAM if it's hardware. Tried reinstalling bf2/drivers? BF2 just happens to be insanely buggy

see if you can climb it

How long you had the GS ?
What drivers are you using ?
Did you use driver cleaner to get rid of the ATi drivers ?
Have you been messing with your settings in BF2 recently ? If so clear your cache folder/file.
Temps of the card under load ?
How good is your case cooling ?
What PSU you got ?

I'd try running driver cleaner and removing all traces of all ATI and Nvidia drivers and then do a new install,

Print it off, take it to tescos & swipe it over the till while no ones looking, see if it b0rks the system
