I'll give it this Newcastle isn't as bad as stoke.

Use the customer support forum, you'll get a quick reply and sorted, sometimes things go wrong, the amount you spent is not relevant, plenty here spend that much over the years.

I know £1500 is a drop in the ocean: my old hardware budget at work that I could spend directly was $250k per year... but like I said before - wasn't available to retailers who only had premium rate numbers... the premium paid for delivery by a certain time is the cost that grates even more.

No offence was ment anyway, my last order was late also but it was down to dpd, I guess the move has borked their systems a bit,

Like i said, if you can't get on the phone customer service forum is quick.
