Can I remove it?
My PC id running as sweet as it has ever done so this message which is only on screen for a moment, hence the poor image, is a puzzle. Windows 10.

Bit more information is going to be needed. Is this coming up every time you boot the machine?

Just restarted and yes it looks like it is showing on every boot.

Is your drive bitlocker encrypted (or encrypted in general)

Looks like a faulty hard drive to me, or something has not installed right.

could always try sfc /scannow once in windows.

open CMD as a admin by right clicking cmd.exe and going to run as admin then type in sfc /scannow.

if it shows issues and cannot repair reboot in safe mode and try again

or try check disk
