No, they don't assemble systems except for the ones sold as pre-assembled.
You could hire somebody off of the forums or simply do it yourself. It's not hard.

hire someone off the forums....give me a clue , and im affraid that putting a computer together again could bugger up, last time i put everything together fine, but it kept overheating, ended up selling everything, just scared that will happen again. want it done properly, all set up just ready to plug and play

Find somebody who seems like they know what they're doing who lives in your general area. Send him an email asking if he'd like a side job.
