Can you recommend a book to get someone new to Cocoa/XCode/Objective C all together, in to the swing of things?

I have a lot of development experience with PHP, Perl and some .Net stuff, so not really a complete novice.

Thanks :)

Forget books, the dooks on the iOS dev library are very complete, from good design principles to the objective-c primer to more advanced stuff.

I used 'Sams Teach Yourself iPhone Application Development in 24 Hours', which I found good to get me started. After that just as BunnyKillBot said the online resources are very good.
