I'm still having a bit of bother finding part-time work. Although I believe I'm going about it in the right way and that my CV is decent, there must be something wrong.

If there's any managers about, or even people that have had a little experience writting CV's and finding a job could you please reply, and I'll email my CV in trust? The more comments, the better :)

Thanks in advance!

i don't mind having look, might take a couple of days though. What kind of work are you in/looking for?

Emailed Lozza :)

Thanks for the great feedback Shifter, appreciate it!

what sort of work u looking for and what area?

I'm looking to leave my intern position to work in a clothes store, for a few different reasons.

Talking of clothes stores, I saw a job posting which read "Manager required for high street ladies fashion store" at 15-16k / year... I couldn't believe my eyes, I'm pretty sure you get more than that on the till at tesco?

Anyway I hope you're going to be working somewhere that pays better than that :)

That salary seems to be the norm for store managers.

Does anyone else think they could offer a little feedback? I don't mean to cause any inconvenience, I'd rather just email in privacy than post it up for all to see.

I type up CV's for clients at the company I work for, send it over and ill have a quick look for you :)
