Any need for a 700W PSU with this build?

dont think you'll need a 700W psu for that, 500w should do fine

If you get a PSU from a good manufacturer, then 500 watts will be absolutely fine. Something like the Corsair VX 550W ATX Power Supply will be fine. If you want a modular PSU, then either the Corsair HX 520W ATX Modular SLi Compliant or Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 550W ATX2.2 Modular SLi Compliant are both excellent choices.

If you want some breathing space for upgrades in the future, then the 600 wattage models from the above manufacturers would also be a fine choice.

Have a look at Corsair, BeQuiet!, Coolermaster and Zalman for your choice of brand.

Indeed 700w is overkill, running the Corsair 620w & 520w versions and not had any problems.
