Any of you a recent Autoaid customer?

I joined Autoaid via their website today as RAC renewal prices were taking the mickey. So far all I've received is a confirmation email with a web reference number and transaction number. Do they send anything document wise via post or is the web reference actually my membership number? TIA

Yea i recently joined AutoAid and haven't recieved any paperwork. Web ref is your reference number when you call up.

I've already had to call them out once. Had a dead battery. Called up, they sent someone over within 20mins. Was happy with the service.

Was with them back in 2017 and used them once and recovered my car to my home within 20 minutes.

Great value imo.

Yeah i didn't get anything, just printed off a couple of small cards myself for my wife and i to keep in the cars with the details on.
